My Style

Drawing on my extensive experience in professional organizing, productivity consulting, and coaching, I partner with clients to navigate challenges related to time management, task initiation, organization, planning, prioritization, emotional regulation, and follow-through. Together, we create personalized strategies that reduce overwhelm, increase self-awareness, and build confidence while fostering sustainable habits that align with each client's goals, values, and way of thinking.

My coaching is grounded in positive psychology and neurodiversity-affirming practices. I draw from approaches such as Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Coaching, SMART goals, and accountability and habit-building strategies, adapting each session to the individual rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.

Coaching & Therapy

Coaching and therapy can complement one another, but they serve different purposes. Therapy may focus on mental health, emotional healing, relationships, and processing past experiences, while coaching is generally future-focused and action-oriented.

I partner with mental health professionals, physicians, schools, and other providers when appropriate to offer complementary support. Coaching can provide a space to focus specifically on executive function skills, daily routines, organization, time management, follow-through, and putting goals into action.

My Why

I became a coach because I saw the impact ADHD and executive function challenges can have, especially for adults who were diagnosed later in life. I saw them wondering, “What if I had understood this about myself sooner?” That question stayed with me.

It made me want to work with teens—to help them strengthen their executive function skills while they are young, before college, careers, relationships, and all of the other transitions that come with adulthood.

I want to be part of their journey as they learn how they work, recognize their strengths, and build the skills and confidence to navigate whatever life brings their way. Life will always be full of surprises, and my hope is that they can face those surprises knowing they are capable, resourceful, and able to figure things out.
