Executive Functioning & ADHD Coaching in Raleigh, NC

Practical Support for Everyday Challenges, Built Around the Way Your Brain Works.
Getting started, staying organized, and following through can take more effort than others realize. Birch Therapy offers executive function coaching with Gigi Miller and ADHD coaching for dads with Larry Wright, helping individuals and families develop practical strategies for school, work, and home.
Understanding Executive Functioning & ADHD Coaching
Executive functioning includes the skills we use to plan, prioritize, manage time, begin tasks, and stay on track. When these skills are difficult to access consistently, everyday responsibilities can become overwhelming—even when you know what needs to be done.
Coaching helps turn those challenges into specific, manageable goals. Together, you explore what gets in the way, develop strategies that fit your life, and practice using them in everyday situations.
At Birch Therapy, you can find individual executive function support with Gigi or a focused ADHD coaching program for fathers with Larry.
