My Style
While therapy can be hard work, Kate believes that therapy should be fun. Kate builds warm and genuine relationships with children and teens, uses play based interventions, and finds that humor is very helpful when coping with challenges. Kate enjoys reading, being outside, trips to the beach, and spending time with her family and friends.
I think kids and teens are amazing! I want to give them a space where they feel respected, understood, and cared for.
