ELIZABETH MARRON, LCSWA
Elizabeth is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA). She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Furman University in Greenville, SC, and her Master of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her clinical experience spans school-based care, nonprofit settings, and outpatient psychotherapy, including her most recent training providing individual and family therapy within UNC’s Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
MY WHY
I believe we are always learning more about ourselves, especially through the relationships that shape, support, and challenge our growth. I’m continually moved by the ways children and adolescents come to know themselves, build connections, and make sense of their world. In my work, I strive to offer a space where each young person’s journey is met with warmth, understanding, and gentle curiosity.
MY STYLE
Elizabeth is deeply committed to creating a warm, grounded space for children, adolescents, young adults, and families. She centers her work in relational, psychodynamic, and attachment-based frameworks, and brings play into her work with younger children. She also deeply values the role of caregivers — believing the adults in a child’s life deserve their own space for support. Elizabeth knows that each client is unique, and she approaches every relationship with curiosity and care, always seeking to understand how to best support her clients.
