WAITLIST ONLY
My happy place? Sun, sand, and salty air – beach lover through and through!
If you see me, chances are there's a Golden Retriever nearby. Total obsession is an understatement. (Oh, and Chili is my fluffy pal.)
My weeks involve both finding my zen on the yoga mat as a student and guiding others as a yoga teacher.
Fifteen years in the whirlwind of Raleigh tech start-ups.
Always diving deep into the world of attachment, boundaries, and living life through an embodied approach. It's a living, breathing practice.
On a never-ending quest for the perfect Americano, one coffee shop at a time.
Ears always perked for a good podcast, especially since I host one for fellow women entrepreneurs.
Authenticity, impact, and connection? Those are my guiding stars.
ALYSON HOLT, LCMHCA

MY WHY
It all started in 2019. I found myself at a crossroads, a major life transition that made me stop and truly look at everything. It was a moment of clarity, of really seeing the reality of my life. Since then, I've been on a journey of healing those younger parts of myself and learning something new about the human experience every single day. You know, that feeling of wanting to help, to "counsel," it's been with me since I was young, but it wasn't until later that I found my true path.Growing up as a preacher's kid, life felt like living in a fishbowl. You see the world differently, and there was always this sense of needing to perform, to live up to expectations. The culture was always about putting others first, and well, let's just say it took time to understand how to integrate all of those pieces within myself. Yoga has been a cornerstone, a source of strength, and finding a real community has been essential.Because I've been on this journey myself, I feel deeply compelled to share what I've learned and offer support to others as they navigate their own paths. I believe that growth is never truly finished. I'll always be learning, growing, and stretching. And if we have the opportunity to work together, I'll bring all of that human experience into our sessions. It's about exploring and learning together, because at the end of the day, that's what healing is really all about.
